All U.S. orders over $50 will receive FREE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE MAIL SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada and International shipments. Specific shipping costs to countries located outside the U.S. will be quoted based on the Shipping Address provided in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page.
- Under $50, you will have a Flat Rate of $5 for your order, this is not Priority shipping and should arrive within 6-9 business days. Insurance is not included.
- Over $50 FREE SHIPPING - Your order should arrive within 6-9 business days. Insurance is not included.
- USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADE ($4.95) - Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days. Includes insurance through USPS for up to $100.
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS SHIPPING ($24) - Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days. Includes insurance through USPS for up to $100.
- USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ($20) - Your order should arrive within 7-21 business days. Packages are not insured. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
Please keep in mind, once we've handed off your order to the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the USPS at www.usps.com or call 1-800-ASK-USPS. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location.
In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery times. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. Listed below are estimates only.
